Q  What is the easiest way to find what you are looking for on your online store?

A  We carry wide selections of Kona coffee not found in any grocery stores and We are commited to providing our buyers the best ordering experiences.

A  We make sure that our product pricing will help our business to grow and at the same time will help our buyer from not leaving us.

Q  What are your warranties and/or guarantees of your products?
A  If you are not happy with your coffee, we will refund your money.

Q  How do you return an item to Islandcoffee4u?
A  Contact us via e-mail and We will provide a RA#(Return Authorization Number) and instructions for all product returns.

Q  What is your product stock availability?
A  Our product availability will depend from our vendors availability, we will notify you a soon as possible.  Back orders, although rare occasionally do happen.  We will work hard to fill your order at the earliest possible date.  You will receive an e-mail on the progress of the backorder.  If you would like to expedite your order, please select a substitution.  You will be notified via e-mail when items are shipped.

Q  What type of payment options do you accept?
A  Islandcoffee4u accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.  Please verify your credit card information prior to submitting your order to ensure speedy processing and delivery.  Incorrect entries will delay your shipment.  We also accept money orders and personal checks.  We do not accept CODs.

Q  How to process your order when paying a check (personal or certified)?
A  Note:  The ordering process will be still online.  When paying personal check, please be reminded that we will hold the check for 10 days for order total of more than $30 before shipping your order.  When paying Certified check, we will ship your order as soon as we receive the check.  Follow the steps below: 
1.  In the section “6. Payment Method”, select "Check" and enter the check# then click “Next”.
2.  Re-verify all the information. Then click “Submit” to send the order.
3.  The final step will be to print a copy of the order confirmation.

Q  What is the order turn around time?
A  Orders are process within 48 hours, Monday through Friday.  Add 2 days for the 2 day air shipping. Note:  Should a package be returned to us as a result of an incorrect address, we reserve the right to recoup the address correction fee of $10.

Q  How to cancel an order?
A  If you need to make a change to your order or to cancel, e-mail us at emailus@islandcoffee4u.com as soon as possible because we tend to process orders very quickly.  Every effort will be made to accommodate your request.
