How do we charge for shipping?
All of our coffee packages are reaching our customers thru a process called drop-shipping. This means that Islandcoffee4u do not carry coffee inventory in-house. Now because Islandcoffee4u sells many coffee brands, coffee orders consist of more than one brand will be drop-ship from the different vendor locations. With this shipping process, multiple shipping charges may/will be charge to our customers.
Who do we ship with?
All orders are shipped using FedEx 2nd Day Air or UPS 2nd Day Air. There are other exceptions. Please send us an e-mail with details of the inquiry.
Where do we ship to?
We will ship just about everywhere in the world (entire US, Canada, Japan, UK, Australia, etc.). Our online register is setup to checkout orders within the US. So for orders outside the US, please send e-mail with details of the inquiry.
How much do we charge?
Shipping rates below applies to all the 50 States. These shipping rates are what we charge the customers per coffee brand. Please refer to “What are the exceptions?” section for more information.

$16.00 -- $50.01 - $75
$19.00 -- $75.01 - $100
$22.00 -- $100.01 - $125
$25.00 -- $125.01 - $150
$28.00 -- $150.01 - $175
$31.00 -- $175.01 - $200
$34.00 -- $200.01 - $225
$37.00 -- $225.01 - $250
$40.00 -- $275.01 - $300
calculated after placement of order $300.01 up.
Shipping rates generally increases at an additional $3.00 per $25.00 order total increment per coffee brand.
What are the exceptions?
*Our coffee brand name Hawaiian Isles Kona Coffee Co. (HIK) and Hawaii Coffee Roasters (HCR) are drop-ship from the same vendor location, so shipping rates for these brands will not be separated.
What are the benefits to the customers?
•Shipping out directly from our Hawaii sources, help our customers get discounted shipping rates.
•Islandcoffee4u's goal to serve the freshes packaged coffee were made possible by drop-shipping the coffee packages.
•Customers can save more on shipping by taking advantage on multiple orders and by sticking to one coffee brand.
What customers need to remember?
Please make absolutely certain that the shipping address is correct. If not correct, Islandcoffee4u reserve the right to recoup the $10 address correction fee assessed.
